Registered Behavior Technician / RBT

📋 Description

• Work directly with clients following treatment plans to implement ABA procedures.
• Build supportive relationships with clients and families.
• Respect clients' values, beliefs, and attitudes.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques as directed by supervisors.
• Document interventions and progress accurately and timely.
• Collect data per client plan and review progress with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• One year experience with children with developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Valid RBT certification
• CPR/FA certification
