Registered Behavior Technician - RBT

📋 Description

• Work with individuals with Autism/IDD to reduce challenging behaviors.
• BAYADA RBT Academy provides 40+ hour paid training to become an RBT.
• Work in center/clinic, clients' homes, and in the Maui community.
• Follow treatment plans; document progress and collect data.
• Collaborate with families and school teams to support learners.
• Deliver ABA-based interventions and support students in Maui classrooms.

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED (additional school-based requirements apply).
• No experience necessary.
• Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT exam to become an RBT.
