Work directly with clients and follow the treatment/behavior plan for skill work.
Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
Implement therapy techniques as directed by supervisors.
Document interventions and progress toward goals accurately.
Collect behavior data per the client plan.
Review data with supervisors to improve programs.

🎯 Requirements

One year experience with developmental/intellectual disabilities (preferred)
Valid RBT certification
CPR/FA certification
