Follow the established treatment plan with clients
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, families, and preschool staff
Implement behavior therapy techniques
Document interventions and progress toward goals
Collect behavior data per client behavior plan
Provide training and assistance to help clients acquire and maintain skills

🎯 Requirements

RBT Certified or pursuing BAYADA-paid certification
Must be at least 18 years of age
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities is a plus
