Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

📋 Description

• Hours: Part-time / After-school hours
• Pay: $25-$35/hour
• Work with children with autism in home/school/clinic
• Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision
• Collect data and report progress to the clinical team
• Support skill development and reduce disruptive behaviors
• Participate in ongoing supervision and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback
• Interest in working with children and learning ABA
• Willingness to complete RBT training (if not certified)
