Registered Behavior Technician / Behavior Technician Academy (School Based)

📋 Description

• Work directly with students in classroom following the service plan.
• Establish relationships with students, families, and school teams.
• Implement ABA behavior therapy techniques; collaborate with teachers.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals.
• Collect behavior data per the client behavior plan.
• Provide training and support to help students gain skills and independence.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT) certification or pursuing certification (paid by BAYADA).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities is a plus.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree OR 48 college credits including Math 100 and English 100 OR ParaPro Praxis (BAYADA assistance available).
