Registered Behavior Technician / Behavior Technician Academy (School Based)

📋 Description

• Work directly with students in the classroom per the service plan.
• Establish relationships with clients and school teams.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques with teachers.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals.
• Collect data as specified in the client behavior plan.
• Provide training and assistance to build skills.

🎯 Requirements

• RBT certification or willingness to pursue (paid by BAYADA).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Associate/Bachelor’s or 48 college credits with ParaPro option.
