Registered Behavior Technician / Behavior Technician Academy (School Based)

📋 Description

• Work directly with students in the classroom per service plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and school teams.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers to support the student in the classroom environment.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals.
• Collect behavior data per the client behavior plan.
• Provide training, instruction, and assistance to help the student acquire and maintain skills and meet identified goals.

🎯 Requirements

• RBT certification or willingness to pursue (paid by BAYADA).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree OR 48 college credits including Math 100 and English 100 OR ParaPro.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification (funded by BAYADA).
