🎯 Requirements

3+ years in visual merchandising in high-volume retail; management preferred.
Experience leading visual merchandising teams; coaching across locations.
Experience creating, documenting, and implementing visual guidelines and processes.
Entrepreneurial with strong independent work ethic.
Excellent communication and ability to build cross-team relationships.
Variable schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
