🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in employer benefits or benefits consulting
- Established relationships with consultant and broker partners
- Proven revenue growth through consultant/broker channels
- Strong channel/partner management and pipeline development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
