🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in employer benefits or benefits consulting
  • Established relationships with consultant and broker partners
  • Proven revenue growth through consultant/broker channels
  • Strong channel/partner management and pipeline development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
