  • 5+ years experience leading high-performing enterprise sales or specialist teams
  • Demonstrated success building new categories or scaling new product businesses
  • Strong understanding of modern app architectures: APIs, microservices, real-time, distributed apps
  • Experience selling into CIO, CTO, architecture, and platform engineering organizations
  • Ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Proven record of exceeding revenue targets in highly competitive markets
