🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy or occupational therapy program.
• 5+ years healthcare or service-industry operations leadership.
• Proven ability to drive operational performance with processes, metrics, and standards.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify gaps.
• Solid understanding of clinic-level financial drivers.
• Coaching and developing leaders across multiple locations.
