🎯 Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist (or pending TN licensure).
Proven multi-site operational leadership.
3+ years in outpatient rehab.
Strong communicator and relationship-builder.
Mentoring and developing others.
Leadership Development Program completion preferred.
