📋 Description

  • Guide Enterprise Account Executives to exceed revenue goals.
  • Close current-quarter deals while nurturing longer-term opportunities.
  • Coordinate weekly and monthly pipeline reviews, meetings, and training.
  • Run pipelines, forecasts, and daily/weekly activities to exceed quota.
  • Attract, hire, onboard, and retain top sales talent.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise software sales leadership selling to C-level.
  • Proven ability to influence and develop teams to achieve objectives.
  • Experience with SaaS/cloud solutions for Finance, Sales Ops, and Workforce Management.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas in complex enterprise sales; MEDDICC familiarity.
  • Territory management and regional planning; EPM/BI/ERP preferred.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree; MBA preferred.
