🎯 Requirements
- 3–5+ years in behavioral health/outreach or business development
- Experience with Veterans or First Responders strongly preferred
- Knowledge of behavioral health services including SUD
- Ability to engage with Veteran and First Responder communities
- Engage with clinical providers and leadership
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM systems or outreach tracking tools preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
