- Execute territory outreach aligned with regional growth targets
- Build relationships with VA, CCN, VSOs, and public safety leaders
- Represent Forge in Veteran/First Responder communities and coalitions
- Align peer programming with clinical care pathways and regional needs
🎯 Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare outreach, provider relations, or business development
- Experience working with Veterans, First Responders, or public safety systems preferred
- Knowledge of behavioral health services, including substance use and co-occurring conditions
- Ability to establish credibility with Veteran and First Responder communities and leadership
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clinical providers and organizational leadership
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
