- Drive referrals into IOP, OP, and psychiatric services in NJ territory
- Build, activate, and maintain referral pipelines for Veterans and First Responders
- Execute territory-based outreach aligned with regional growth targets
- Represent Forge in Veteran and First Responder communities
- Collaborate with Clinical, Intake, Ops, and Marketing to improve access
- Maintain CRM documentation of outreach activity and referral pipelines
🎯 Requirements
- 3–5+ years in behavioral health, healthcare outreach, provider relations, or business development
- Experience with Veterans or First Responders strongly preferred
- Knowledge of behavioral health services including substance use
- Ability to engage credibly with Veteran and First Responder communities and leadership
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems or outreach tracking tools preferred
