- CPhT certification via PTCB or ExCPT; registered or willing to register with the state.
- 2+ years in specialty pharmacy, patient engagement, or prior authorization.
- Internal candidates: minimum 6 months in Patient Support Center.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance standards.
- Preferred: experience with high-touch specialty meds and balancing patient support with leadership.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; familiarity with pharmacy systems, EMR, payer portals.
