  • Lead and mentor the Patient Support Center team while maintaining patient care duties.

  • CPhT certification via PTCB or ExCPT; registered or willing to register with the state.
  • 2+ years in specialty pharmacy, patient engagement, or prior authorization.
  • Internal candidates: minimum 6 months in Patient Support Center.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance standards.
  • Preferred: experience with high-touch specialty meds and balancing patient support with leadership.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; familiarity with pharmacy systems, EMR, payer portals.
