🎯 Requirements
- Excellent communication and English proficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- Min. 3 years in recruitment operations; SEA hiring experience a plus.
- Familiarity with ATS and tools, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong data management, reporting, and analysis; advanced Excel.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
