📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end talent acquisition, from requisitions to pre-onboarding.
  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, networks, and events.
  • Use advanced search tools to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Screen candidates by phone to evaluate skills, experience, and culture fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify talent needs.
  • Offer insights on candidate profiles, market trends, and best practices.
  • Maintain clear communication and timely feedback for candidates.
  • Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and address questions.
  • Collaborate with institutions for recruitment events and internships.
  • Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

  • Excellent communication and English proficiency.
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • Min. 3 years in recruitment operations; SEA hiring experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with ATS and tools, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong data management, reporting, and analysis; advanced Excel.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
