- Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, proxies.
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server.
- IaaS experience: AWS, Azure.
- Experience with computing infrastructure, system support, and data centers.
- Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English; strong troubleshooting skills.
