📋 Description

  • Own the Services journey from pre-sales to launch with C-level sponsors.
  • Focus on large strategic market segments with Sales, Pre-Sales, and VPs.
  • Lead adoption and value; pipeline, C-level presentations, and delivery.
  • Operate in Elastic’s co-sell model, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Develop territory and account plans; forecast and pipeline for YOY growth.
  • Hire and mentor new Services Sales Partners; contribute to delivery methodology.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years of consultative sales with a record of exceeding quota.
  • 5+ years selling/delivering professional services for strategic software firms or SIs.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain C-level trusted advisor relationships.
  • Experience growing large and complex accounts ($M+).
  • Highly collaborative; excels in a matrixed environment; RFIs/RFPs experience.
  • Project/account management; strong interpersonal skills; adaptable; leadership.
