📋 Description

  • Lead NSW & Federal Public Sector sales, define and execute growth strategy.
  • Lead virtual team across Partners, Solution Engineers, CSMs, TAMs, Renewals, and more.
  • Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth, meet/exceed targets.
  • Expand relationships with NSW & Federal Government customers, foster long-term partnerships.
  • Establish thought leadership in Okta’s platform and Identity space.
  • Champion Okta’s value through presentations, demos, and strategic engagement.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years field sales experience with a growth mindset.
  • Proven success selling enterprise cloud software to public sector.
  • Experience with partners and reseller channels to drive growth.
  • Strong track record in new business development and targets.
  • Experience with solution selling; MEDDPICC is a plus.
  • Based in Sydney; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
