  • Manage a team of about 3 reps to meet quota.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years as a sales manager of at least 6 reps (AE/BDM).
  • Leadership skills that motivate reps to perform.
  • Proven experience working in an international environment.
  • Successful track record of quota attainment as a sales rep and setting targets for a team.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools and related sales software.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese; other Southeast Asian language is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
