- Proven experience working in an international environment.
- Successful track record of quota attainment as a sales rep and setting targets for a team.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools and related sales software.
- Fluent in English and Japanese; other Southeast Asian language is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
