📋 Description

  • Apply DER industry knowledge to drive aggressive sales plans and exceed booked meetings goals.
  • Grow and develop a team of Sales Directors.
  • Identify and nurture new relationships with large commercial customers.
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales goals and deliver value for customers.
  • Support, coach, and develop a team of Sales Directors to hit goals.
  • Own the market and territory; identify opportunities across the customer lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or foreign degree equivalent.
  • 1 year of account-relationship management or business development experience in the energy market.
  • 1+ year experience developing regulatory strategies, marketing communications, and customer relationships.
  • 1+ year leading sales and customer engagements, delivering projects to customer satisfaction.
  • 1+ year with Salesforce, GoogleSuite, or similar CRM tools.
  • Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S.; 50% travel to visit customers.
