🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in residential real estate with listing agent experience in Charlotte, NC; 10+ units closed per year.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets and high-performing agents, teams, and brokers.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Highly accountable with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
  • Active (or recently active) real estate license preferred.
