- Strong understanding of real estate markets and high-performing agents, teams, and brokers.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical and strategic thinking.
- Highly accountable with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
- Active (or recently active) real estate license preferred.
