🎯 Requirements

  • BS/BA required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years in biopharma.
  • 5+ years leading life-science teams.
  • Experience with reimbursement, IDNs, and federal channels.
  • Field presence 4 days/week; travel as required.
  • Knowledge of laws, regs, and PhRMA Code.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communications.
