  • Lead and coach a regional SLED Account Exec team to hit revenue targets remotely.
  • Drive strategy for new business and expansion across key SLED accounts.
  • Own forecasting, MEDDPICC qualification, and pipeline visibility for leadership.
  • Lead complex federal procurement motions with distributors/partners for multi-year contracts.
  • Drive GTM for regulated environments; FedRAMP offerings and DevSecOps use cases.
  • Align with Renewals, CS, Marketing, Product, and partners on account plans.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience leading regional field sales teams in open source/DevOps enterprise tech.
  • Strong sales ops with Salesforce/CRM tools to run repeatable motions.
  • Experience selling in regulated environments (FedRAMP) or quick ramp.
  • Proven success selling complex enterprise deals into large public sector accounts.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar frameworks for pipeline and forecasting.
  • Ability to coach, hire, and develop sales talent; manage exec relationships.
