- Experience leading regional field sales teams in open source/DevOps enterprise tech.
- Strong sales ops with Salesforce/CRM tools to run repeatable motions.
- Experience selling in regulated environments (FedRAMP) or quick ramp.
- Proven success selling complex enterprise deals into large public sector accounts.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar frameworks for pipeline and forecasting.
- Ability to coach, hire, and develop sales talent; manage exec relationships.
