  • Own regional sales process for all buyer groups and hit quota.
  • Close opportunities using consultative selling and handle objections.
  • Own pipeline from funnel to close; build lead-gen and broker partnerships.
  • Present as SME on real estate insurance products (TLL, Rentistry, renters).
  • Collaborate with RM and Implementation teams on client strategies and maintain satisfaction.
  • Travel within territory and to conferences; deliver exceptional customer experience.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3-7+ years quota-carrying sales in Proptech; property insurance license helpful.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and growing revenue.
  • Excellent time management, coordination, communication, negotiation.
  • Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce.com.
  • Must hold property and casualty producer licenses for each state, or obtain upon hire.
