🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in enterprise software sales (SaaS and/or on-premise).
  • 3+ years leading regional or enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling into UK and Northern Europe (Nordics/Benelux) preferred.
  • Strong background in analytics software, manufacturing software, or industrial tech.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
