- 10+ yearsβ experience in enterprise software sales (SaaS and/or on-premise).
- 3+ years leading regional or enterprise sales teams.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience selling into UK and Northern Europe (Nordics/Benelux) preferred.
- Strong background in analytics software, manufacturing software, or industrial tech.
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
