- Coach teams through a clear sales process; handle complex deals and regional consistency.
- Familiar with B2B software sales and open source/DevSecOps; interest in GitLab.
- Ability to create structure with data-informed processes, including MEDDPICC.
- Strong consultative, value-based selling and relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Comfort working remote; use Salesforce/CRM to stay organized.
- Ability to align cross-functional teams to enable customer growth.
