🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years in retail ops, inventory, or supply chain.
  • At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Experience managing distributed teams across locations.
  • Fintech or fast-paced consumer retail background is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, SCM, Logistics, or Retail.
  • Certifications in inventory mgmt (CPIM, CSCP) or PM (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
