  • Oversee retail ops across Lagos Island and multiple outlets.

  • Coach shop assistants, develop retail strategies, train Stock Controllers, depot ops.
  • Resolve issues and track shop assistant performance across regions.
  • Enable 7 million customers to access financial services via our retail network.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3 years in field office, customer care, sales, or retail ops; inventory management; coaching teams.
  • Diploma/degree in Customer Service or Inventory Management; multi-location retail ops valued.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, reverse logistics, stock allocation, and retail systems.
  • Excellent people leadership; coach, develop, motivate teams; clear communication.
  • Strategic operational thinking; connect daily ops to business objectives and growth.
