- Oversee WelbeHealth Centers in San Jose, Long Beach, and Carson; travel 1–2x/quarter.
- Monitor staff compliance with state and federal regulations and WelbeHealth policies.
- Support audits and maintain the WelbeHealth Quality Operations program.
- Partner with EDs, MDs, CMS-facing stakeholders to drive real-time compliance.
- Lead market-level process improvements and data trend analyses.
- Onboard and mentor new quality specialist team members.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; 5 yrs may substitute; master’s preferred.
- Minimum of two years in healthcare quality improvement/assurance with oversight.
- Experience in healthcare compliance including PACE and HIPAA requirements (preferred).
- Experience with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with data analysis using Smartsheets and Power BI; Athena EMR.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, able to work in a fast-changing environment.
