  • Coordinate full lifecycle of RFP/RFI/RFQ submissions, timelines, and tasks.
  • Review RFPs to identify requirements, risks, deadlines, and forms.
  • Organize kickoff meetings for complex RFPs and align win strategies.
  • Draft and edit proposal content, cover letters, case studies, and resumes.
  • Gather inputs from Sales, Operations, HR, Risk, and Leadership for submissions.
  • Ensure proposals meet client specs, formatting, compliance, and standards.

🎯 Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years in proposal development, sales support, or enablement.
  • Ability to obtain a valid PERC.
  • English reading/writing/speaking proficiency.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and proposal systems; Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to work unpredictable hours including evenings/weekends.
