  • Coordinate full lifecycle of RFP/RFI/RFQ submissions, timelines, tasks, and tracking.
  • Review RFPs to identify requirements, risks, deadlines, and forms.
  • Organize kickoff meetings for complex RFPs and align win strategies.
  • Secure inputs from Sales, Operations, HR, Risk, and Leadership.
  • Draft and edit proposal narratives, cover letters, case studies, and resumes.
  • Maintain library of standard content, templates, resumes, and differentiators.

🎯 Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in proposal development, sales support, or contract-heavy settings.
  • Certificates: Ability to obtain a valid PERC.
  • Language: English – read, write, speak and understand.
  • Other: Proficiency in MS Office and proposal systems; security industry knowledge preferred.
