  • Act as P&C advisor for the Americas region to US/Canada leaders.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable people strategies aligned with global standards.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance (coaching, PIPs).
  • Understand regional business units to align P&C initiatives with goals.
  • Collaborate with Internal Communications to align regional strategy.
  • Foster culture, morale, and retention across teams.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's in HR, Psychology, or Business; 5+ yrs HR, 3+ yrs as BP.
  • Experience in tech/SaaS industry.
  • Strong knowledge of US/Canada employment laws.
  • High EQ, urgency, cultural sensitivity, resourceful.
  • Proven experience challenging leaders constructively.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
