Act as P&C advisor for the Americas region to US/Canada leaders.
Translate business objectives into actionable people strategies aligned with global standards.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance (coaching, PIPs).
Understand regional business units to align P&C initiatives with goals.
Collaborate with Internal Communications to align regional strategy.
Foster culture, morale, and retention across teams.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in HR, Psychology, or Business; 5+ yrs HR, 3+ yrs as BP.
Experience in tech/SaaS industry.
Strong knowledge of US/Canada employment laws.
High EQ, urgency, cultural sensitivity, resourceful.
Proven experience challenging leaders constructively.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
