  • Own and grow Notion's DACH partner ecosystem (VARs, hyperscalers, services)
  • Build and execute joint GTM programs with regional VARs and partners
  • Manage hyperscaler partnerships in DACH; oversee cloud marketplace deals
  • Align partner activity to the DACH sales pipeline; drive co-sell opportunities
  • Coordinate joint initiatives with reseller and hyperscaler ecosystems
  • Develop executive relationships with partner leadership across the region

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in partnerships, channel sales, or alliances in enterprise SaaS
  • VAR/reseller programs and at least one cloud/hyperscaler partnership
  • Builder's track record standing up partner programs with outcomes
  • Strong demand generation orientation; connect partner activity to revenue
  • Highly collaborative with direct sales teams; support reps
  • Based in Munich; willing to travel across EMEA
