- VAR/reseller programs and at least one cloud/hyperscaler partnership
- Builder's track record standing up partner programs with outcomes
- Strong demand generation orientation; connect partner activity to revenue
- Highly collaborative with direct sales teams; support reps
- Based in Munich; willing to travel across EMEA
