  • Manage weekly and monthly regional leadership meetings and agendas
  • Lead the monthly All Hands event from themes to scheduling across APAC time zones
  • Plan regional culture and social events (EMEA BBQ, Xmas, Open Event in London)
  • Coordinate high-volume scheduling across global time zones for executives
  • Create and manage the International Culture and communications plan for the region
  • Partner with Marketing and People Experience to plan logistics for dinners, offsites, and board meetings

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years in operations, event coordination, or admin support in fast-paced environments
  • Experience managing complex, high-volume scheduling across international time zones
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale events from concept to completion
  • Strong proficiency in GSuite, Slack, and Zoom; quick to learn new tools
  • Experience supporting senior leadership and managing sensitive meeting agendas with discretion
  • Excellent organizational skills; able to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
