- Oversee clinical operations for the assigned region; ensure NYSDOH compliance with agency policies.
- Provide clinical leadership and direction to nursing staff; supervise region.
- Ensure Plans of Care are implemented and adhere to physician orders.
- Primary clinical contact for regulatory, quality, and operational matters.
- Coordinate NYSDOH surveys, audits, and site visits; follow-up with Administrator.
- May provide direct patient care and supervise Personal Care Aides as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- NYS Licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in good standing.
- Graduate of an approved nursing program; Diploma/Associate/Baccalaureate.
- Minimum 1 year home care nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.
- RN education or staff training experience preferred.
- Prior supervisory or regional oversight experience strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and leadership skills.
