🎯 Requirements

- Therapeutic expertise in infectious diseases, immunology, or cardiovascular medicine preferred
- Prior experience building or scaling field medical teams strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop scientific personnel
- Strategic thinker with execution strength in a fast-growing biotech environment
