📋 Description

• Lead clinical engagement in Oregon and Washington to drive value-based care.
• Use KPI metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct clinical engagement calls with physicians and staff to share best practices.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to practices to optimize patient management.
• Engage physicians and practices to achieve quality improvements and reduce utilization.
• Partner with field, tech, and product teams to drive regional improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Residency in adult primary care (family/internal/geriatric).
• 2+ years direct clinical patient care experience.
• Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO).
• Must reside in Oregon or Washington.
• Skills in clinical program development, analytical problem solving, project management, and communication.
• Travel occasionally to on-site practices.
