📋 Description

• Lead clinical engagement in assigned markets to drive value-based care improvements.
• Use KPI metrics to identify improvement opportunities and coordinate with field teams.
• Conduct clinical engagement calls to build physician relationships.
• Coach and mentor primary care practices to optimize patient care management.
• Engage physicians to achieve quality improvements and reduce healthcare utilization.
• Participate in ACO Board Meetings and lead clinical discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• Resident of Colorado, Utah, or Nevada.
• Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO).
• Residency in adult primary care (family/internal/geriatric or combined internal medicine/peds).
• 2+ years direct clinical experience with quality improvement or population health exposure.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
