📋 Description

• Lead clinical engagement in assigned market; drive value-based care improvements.
• Use KPI metrics to spot opportunities and ensure weekly worklist completion.
• Conduct clinical engagement calls to build physician and staff relationships.
• Coach and mentor PCPs to optimize management of patients in care.
• Engage and motivate physicians to improve quality and reduce utilization; join ACO Board Meetings.
• Collaborate with field, tech, and product teams to improve ACO initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO)
• Residency in adult primary care (family/internal/geriatrics or internal med/peds)
• 2+ years direct clinical patient care experience
• Resident of Texas
• Empathetic, bold, mission-driven; able to bring others along
• Clinical program development; analytical problem solving; project management; strong communication; ability to influence others
• Results-oriented; can prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with focus on goals
