📋 Description

  • Work directly with national prospective buyers to convert them into Pacaso homeowners
  • Qualify inbound sales leads by meeting and exceeding KPI requirements
  • Understand and speak to all current market inventory
  • Provide feedback to sales leadership, marketing, and acquisitions on market dynamics and buyer feedback
  • Prepare weekly forecasts for management
  • Travel quarterly to collaborate with the sales team and market support

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in new acquisitions sales or real estate sales
  • Track record of over-achieving sales targets
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com
  • You’re achievement driven, competitive, with high ethical values and professionalism
  • Ability to prioritize and be organized with time management
  • Real Estate license or tour experience preferred
