  • Own deep-dive analysis of Consumer performance across funnels and lifecycle.
  • Translate insights into concrete growth initiatives.
  • Support monitoring of economic tests and performance frameworks.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of selected Consumer programs in Israel.
  • Drive local optimization of Discovery and affordability levers.
  • Lead execution by coordinating stakeholders and turning insights into launches.

  • 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or analytical role.
  • Background in consumer-facing companies, products, or projects; familiarity with the consumer lifecycle is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills; structured problem solving; data-driven; experience with BI/analytics tools (Looker, SQL) a plus.
  • Proven experience owning initiatives end-to-end: from analysis and planning through execution and impact measurement.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management; comfortable across teams and levels.
  • Hands-on, proactive mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and ownership.
