  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet quotas.
  • Execute a solution-based sales process across Commercial Accounts.
  • Develop and prospect new business within existing customers across departments.
  • Leverage relationships to expand Smartsheet's footprint and drive renewals.
  • Articulate Smartsheet's solutions and functional value.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Solutions Consultants, Sales Development and Customer Success to close deals.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years closing complex sales cycles.
  • 3+ years of successful sales management experience.
  • Experience selling in the technology field and/or SaaS.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Proven success building and leading prolific sales teams.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Empathetic leadership aligning team and org goals.
