Lead a team of 15 technicians servicing 100 properties in San Diego County.
Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance programs.
Manage budgets, expenses, and safety program adherence.
Ensure high resident service and timely rent-ready turnovers (3-5 days).
Coordinate with Urban Properties leadership, portfolio managers, and on-site staff.
On-call after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years property management experience (500+ units).
5+ years leadership and supervisory experience (5+ team members).
Experience with AppFolio strongly preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
Contractors License preferred.
