🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Accounting, Law, Business Admin, or related field.
- Experience managing whistleblowing or misconduct investigations.
- Familiarity with COSO, Three Lines Model, and Operational Risk.
- Experience supporting disciplinary committees or senior risk forums.
- 6–8 years in internal control, operational risk, investigations, internal audit, or compliance (fintech/financial services).
- At least 2 years in supervisory or team-lead role.
