📋 Description

  • Lead a regional team of Implementation Agents to activate customers at scale.
  • Drive onboarding for new retail customers: activation, training, adoption.
  • Set performance standards; develop capability; remove escalation blockers.
  • Design scalable onboarding frameworks; define milestones and metrics.
  • Manage escalations; partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to resolve issues.
  • Track activation, time-to-value, retention, and handoff quality region-wide.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Tech, or Operations (or equivalent).
  • 4-6 years in onboarding, CS, or implementation; 2-3 years in people mgmt.
  • Proven track record leading onboarding/CS teams to activation, adoption, retention.
  • Strong people leadership; motivate and develop distributed teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills; read customer health data and team metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; cross-functional collaboration.
