🎯 Requirements

- 4-6 years in onboarding, CS, or implementation; 2-3 years in people mgmt.
- Proven track record leading onboarding/CS teams to activation, adoption, retention.
- Strong people leadership; motivate and develop distributed teams.
- Excellent analytical skills; read customer health data and team metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; cross-functional collaboration.
