- Must have: Experience working across Sales, Product, and Operations
- Must have: Data-driven with strong problem-solving skills
- Must have: Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Nice to have: Experience in retail media, food delivery, or marketplace businesses
- Nice to have: Exposure to self-serve platforms, promotions, or CRM
- Nice to have: Experience scaling SMB / long-tail segments
- Nice to have: Familiarity with AI-driven tools or automation
