  • Own Ads & Promotions performance across markets, revenue, adoption, and KPIs
  • Translate strategy into execution by aligning local teams and targets
  • Improve selling and scaling of Ads & Promotions for enterprise and SMB
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Ops to launch new ad formats and tools
  • Build playbooks to reduce performance gaps across markets
  • Identify growth opportunities and issues using data to improve results
  • Work cross-functionally to drive execution with multiple stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

  • Must have: 8–12+ years experience in marketplaces, AdTech, Retail Media, or similar
  • Must have: Proven track record of driving revenue across multiple markets
  • Must have: Strong commercial mindset with focus on growth and performance
  • Must have: Experience working across Sales, Product, and Operations
  • Must have: Data-driven with strong problem-solving skills
  • Must have: Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Nice to have: Experience in retail media, food delivery, or marketplace businesses
  • Nice to have: Exposure to self-serve platforms, promotions, or CRM
  • Nice to have: Experience scaling SMB / long-tail segments
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with AI-driven tools or automation
